Software bugs, commonly referred to as "undocumented features" in the programming community, are inevitable, and happen quite often. Bugs happen for many reasons and sometimes the only way to catches these is by feedback from the user. I can test this software until I'm blue in the face and it will run without error, but sure as it will snow in Rochester, a bug will air it's ugly head on someone else's computer.
Before you report something as a bug, please make sure it is really a bug and not something, that may be the result of Windows going out in left field. If you are experiencing "strange behavior" from the program that you have not seen in the past, reboot to a clean load first. If the behavior is still present, then it may be a bug. Check the FAQ page to see if this item has been previously addressed. Check the previous bug reports below to see if something similar has been reported previously.
